About Lily Crespy
Freediving is such a singular sport, relying heavily on the mind. During the last thirteen years as full-time freediving coach & athlete, my approach has always been to work on technique of course, but also on the psychological aspects of the sport.
I faced many mental challenges over the years: mental blocks, overtraining, fears, anxiety, traumas... It forced me to research tools, techniques and solutions to get over my mental walls.
I now want to share these techniques, so you don't waste years like I did!
As a coach, I also rely on empathy, deep listening, doing the detective work to understand the mental blocks stopping your progression and finding the right keys and tools to unlock them.
I absolutely love helping people achieve their goals, reach their full potential, witnessing their breakthroughs and sharing the journey with them. I am committed to bringing you all the knowledge and experience I can, to help you improve your freediving skills and enjoy your dives to the fullest!
